The 2024 Cattaraugus County Agriculture Tour highlighted the Amish agriculture in the western part of the county. The tour contained four stops, which were all located within "New York's Amish Trail," in the towns of Leon, Conewango, and Napoli. The first stop by the group was at Fair Spot Greenhouse. The Fair Spot Greenhouse has various vegetables and fruits such as pumpkins, tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as other products, such as trees. The second stop on the tour was to Valley View Cheese, which is located right in the heart of Cattaraugus County's "Amish Country." The location of the store, as well as the overall quantity and quality of goods makes this location one of the most popular destinations for visitors along the Amish Trail. The Valley View Cheese store is not only limited to cheese, as they also sell various canned foods, quilts, toys, and much more. The tour's next stop was to a bakery named, "Baked Goods on Seager." This bakery produces and sells over one hundred baked goods on a typical weekend, which is truly a remarkable feat. The last destination on the Ag Tour was to a quilt shop. This shop produces quilts which are hand sewn, and can take up to 100 hours to produce. The quilts come in various unique and beautiful designs. At this location, there is also a sawmill, a beef farm, and a wood working operation in which products such as caskets are crafted.
